Our live virtual fitness training program empowers you to have digital access to Vinyasa-Strong from anywhere.

Those within our coverage area (Makati CBD, Ortigas Center, or BGC) may arrange for house calls (in-person training sessions, TBD).

The idea is to find the right balance of work-outs and work-ins, functional training with yoga, Pilates, or Active Isolated Stretching & Strengthening (AIS).
