Functional training by former strength athletes:

*Kettlebell training (in combination with other 'bells, tools, and systems that allow the body freedom of movement) for enhancing health, fitness, and performance

*Muay Thai, Western Boxing for fitness, and other arts

*Filipino Martial Arts (FMA) through Kalis Tres Armas-Kali de Leon (KTA-KDL) for self-defense or self-protection

Functional training is not an exclusive training system. It is inclusive and picks up where traditional strength training left off.
